1. Eligibility
ZyroCRM Services are intended for business and professional use.

All fees must be paid in advance through Razorpay or other approved payment methods.
Subscription plans, features, and pricing are available on our website and may change from time to time.
Failure to make timely payment may result in suspension or termination of your account.
4. Service Usage Rules
You agree not to:
Use ZyroCRM for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with, or disrupt our systems.
Copy, modify, distribute, or resell any part of ZyroCRM without prior written consent.
Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code into the platform.
5. Service Availability
We strive to provide uninterrupted service, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime.
Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues.
ZyroCRM is not liable for damages caused by service interruptions.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, available on our website.
Subscriptions already used (partial or full) are generally non-refundable, except in cases of duplicate transactions or technical errors.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and logos with ZyroCRM are the property of ZYRO CRM
Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the software for their internal business needs.
Unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
ZyroCRM is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.
Our maximum liability, under any circumstance, shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 3 months of subscription.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms.
You may terminate your account anytime by contacting our support team.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of ZyroCRM after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Term,
