  • Login credentials and access details will be sent to the email address provided during registration.

  • In rare cases of technical delays, activation may take up to 24 hours.


2. Access to Services

  • Customers can access the CRM software via our platform at app.zyrocrm.com.

  • The service is available 24/7, subject to scheduled maintenance or unforeseen downtime.

  • Any planned maintenance that may cause service disruption will be communicated in advance via email or notifications.


3. Delivery Confirmation

  • Delivery of services is considered complete once your account is activated and you are able to log in to the CRM dashboard.

  • If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours of payment, please contact us immediately.
